Language training at our school can provide the basis for an application for an education and training visa. In this case, one of the prerequisites is an officially issued confirmation by activ lernen stating your intention to study with us. According to our terms, you must conclude a contract for a course (we recommend minimum three months) and a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the course fee +inscription fee is to be effected. This way you will confirm the confirmation letter you need for your visa application.

Regarding the course start, please let us know should your home country fail to issue your visa in due time. We will then postpone your course start to a later point of time. A termination of the contract with refund of paid fees is only possible if you get a negative answer to your visa application. We will then deduct a handling charge of € 100. In this case please provide the official rejection letter issued by the competent German authority in your home country.

The contract form needs to be filled in completely – including the date, you wish to start the course – signed, and sent back to our school scanned by email. 14 days withdrawal period and issueing of documents: For inscriptions not made personally but by email there is a 14 days withdrawal period which we have to respect. Therefore we can not issue donfirmation documents before 14 days have passed since your inscription.
